My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their growth.
My clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as those navigating challenges related to self-esteem and personal identity. I strive to create a collaborative and empathetic environment, drawing from Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
Before entering the counseling field, I worked as a teacher and a youth sports coach. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, resilience, and connection, and they continue to shape the way I support clients today. I believe in the power of self-discovery, teamwork, and personal growth, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients on their journey toward healing and fulfillment.
