I am a mental health professional providing compassionate support and advocacy to diverse populations. My background includes working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including substance use detoxification and rehabilitation programs, as well as mental health facilities. I have experience supporting adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns and life transitions, including individuals in the perinatal period as they adjust to pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and early parenthood.
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, supported, and genuinely accepted. My approach is person-centered and eclectic, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to meet unique needs. I strive to create a space where clients can speak openly, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
In our work together, I meet you where you are and value the courage it takes to invite someone into your story. I believe you already possess the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and build on your strengths. I offer telehealth sessions to provide flexible and accessible care, and I welcome the opportunity to support you with empathy, understanding, and respect as you work toward greater balance and well-being.
